The stratified fluid model derived from the low-Froude-number theory of the rotating stratified turbulence can describe broad vortical flows ranging from large scale to the atmospheric mesoscale and the oceanic submesoscale. A general relation of the model with the famous Euler system is established. From the vortex and circumstance solution of the Euler equation, we construct a new exact explicit solution. In detail, we discuss that the solution with particular selections of the arbitrary functions captures the characteristics of the three dimensional spiral pattern for typhoon.
