In this paper, the architecture for physical layer impairment aware GMPLS controlled network integrated of optical performance monitor (OPM), network management system (NMS) and path computing element (PCE) is demonstrated. We lucubrated path computation element (PCE) considering physical layer impairment, and prompt a solution of the interaction between PCE and NMS to create GMPLS light paths according to path computation result and realize the management layer and controll layer function. Design and Imlpementation of PCE based on the solution is completed. And we succefully verified light path computation considering physical impairments and wavelength continuity constrait by PCE.
