Based on power consume of inertia-deposition separation chamber is in the majority of pneumatic conveying system in 4ZTL-1800 rice combine harvester threshing prior to cutting, power consume of the chamber was studied by Jiang theory and G.Murphy-Jiang theory of similar theories. The experiment design on power consume of the chamber was based on the dimension analyses. The function about key parameters to affect the power consume were founded, and which can be used generially. The key parameters are the inlet pressure, the length, the height of the chamber and the length of the separation board. The result will benefit to further improve the structure to decrease power consume of the inertia-deposition separation chamber.
