This paper addresses the disturbance decoupling problem (DDP) of multi-valued logical networks by using the semi-tensor product of matrices and matrix expression of logic functions, and presents several new results on the DDP. First, in order to solve the DDP, an output-friendly subspace is constructed for the state space of the multi-valued logical networks. Second, based on the output-friendly subspace and semi-tensor product, we establish a new procedure to deal with the DDP.
