This paper is concerned with the stability of steady solutions toinitial-boundary-value problems of reaction-hyperbolic systems foraxonal transport. Under proper structural assumptions, we clarifythe relaxation structure of the reaction-hyperbolic systems and showthe time-asymptotic stability of steady solutions or relaxationboundary-layers.
