Upon being infected with HIV, the human beings will tend to lose CD4 + T lymphocytes while there will be an increase in CD8 + T lymphocytes. Therefore, it is believed that the concentration of CD4,CD8 cells and the viral load in plasma are extremely important indicators for clinical detection and treatment of AIDS. Therefore, depending on CD4 cell, CD8 cell counts and virus load in the body at the beginning of treatment (ability to resist viral infection and intensity of infection of patients), we classified 22 AIDS patients and analyzed the rehabilitation levels of different classes of patients during the treatment process. Further, grey prediction is offered assess and evaluate the development of antiretroviral treatment, and then tested the rationale of forecast by using residual analysis. |
