In this paper, thestabilizability of a system with control delay will be discussed. Firstlya transformation is given, by which the discussed system with control delay is transformed to the system without control delay. Therelationship of stabilizability of these two kind system is given. Thenthe problem of output feedback stabilizability of thesystem without control delay is discussed and the conditions for thestabilizability of the system with control delay are given.
