Objective To research the expression of NOX5-S in esophagus adenocarcinoma cells and understand the mechanisms of esophagus adenocarcinoma. Methods 1.The cultured OE33 esophageal adenocarcinoma cell lines were randomly divided into 2 groups: GroupⅠ(PH=4.0) and Group Ⅱ(PH=4.0,deplete of Ca2+ in the mediun), then measured and compared the level of NOX5-S mRNA and Protein and ROS between the two groups. 2. The cultured OE33 esophageal adenocarcinoma cell lines were randomly divided into 2 groups：GroupⅠ(PH=7.2) and Group Ⅱ(PH=4.0),then measured and compared the level of CREB mRNA and Protein between the two groups. Results 1.The level of NOX5-S and ROS in GroupⅠwas significantly higher than Group Ⅱ（P<0.05）. 2.The level of CREB in Group Ⅱwas significantly higher than GroupⅠ（P<0.05）. Conclusion Acid treatment could increase the density of intracellular Ca2+ in OE33 esophageal adenocarcinoma cell, the expression of CREB and NOX5-S was increased.
