Porous silicon attracts scientists' attention due to its unique luminescent property. The main way to improving the luminescent properties is surface modification. Here, this paper presents a new method to improve the optical properties of porous silicon by covering a layer of graphene on the surface of porous silicon to form a novel graphene/porous silicon structure. The photoluminescence property has been greatly improved. Such treatment is simple and will not affect the physical properties of porous silicon. The research results have important theoretical values and great practical application values.
