Objective To explore the effect of accurate management on the departure rate. Methods It was to investigate the change of the 1-minute, 2-minute, 3-minute departure rate and mortality after carrying out the accurate management, including standard visiting process, strengthening training and enhancing hardware and software. Results The preparation time and reverse application time of the control group were 94.99±26.70s and 1155.80±50.60s, respectively. While those of the experimental group were 87.48±29.23s and 1171.75±48.36s. There were both in significant difference. There was no significant difference in 1-minute, 3- minutes and mortality between the experimental group and the control group. However there was significant difference in 2-minute departure rate. Conclusion Accurate management can significantly reduce the preparation time and reverse application time, improve the 2-minute departure rate, and ensure the quality of pre-hospital first aid and medical safety. |
