Authors: JIANG Hongyan, WANG Guangqiang
PP: 1481-1486
Abstract: Product benefits failure events occur frequently, which has negative effect on consumers’ purchase intention. So how to dilute the negative effect of product benefits failure is a hot topic in academia. Based on the perspective of corporate level, we investigated the dilution role of different types of corporate image on the negative effect of different dimensions of product benefits failure. The results showed that ability (vs. credibility) corporate image is more favorable to dilute the negative impact of product utilitarian benefits failure on consumers’ purchase intention, and credibility (vs. ability) corporate image is more favorable to dilute the negative impact of product hedonic benefits failure on consumers’ purchase intention. The findings of this study are of important practical significance to the enterprises’ recovery of product benefits failure.

Authors: YANG Chang, WANG Yan, LIU Meng
PP: 1462-1468
Abstract: Taking enclosure structure characteristics of Chongqing rural building into account, temperature distributions of indoor heating are learned through the field measurement, whose operation conditions are different water supply temperatures (35, 40, 45℃) of the capillary floor radiant and wind patterns under different set temperatures (22, 18, 26℃) of the traditional air conditioning. A comparison of several typical heating characteristics of the indoor thermal distribution shows that the thermal comfort of capillary floor radiant heating system is higher than air conditioning, whose vertical temperature difference is less than 4℃. Indoor temperature attenuates slowly after shutdown, getting only 1-4℃decline after 5 h. Under the condition of similar enclosure structure performance, every plane can achieve minimum standards for design temperature of indoor heating when the water supply temperature is 40℃.

Authors: ZHANG Jiantao, YAO Aijun, HU Yu, GUO Haifeng, LI Haobo
PP: 1454-1468
Abstract: In this paper, the numerical simulation method has been applied, a detailed analysis on the disaster mechanism of large diameter pipelines effect by the shield tunnel with multi-angle construction was carried out, based on the Beijing Metro Line 7 through rain water and sewage pipeline project. The calculation results show that regardless of the pipe section or the pipeline tongue-and-groove located directly above of the shield tunnel, the maximum radial stress and axial stress appears on the intersection of the shield tunnel and pipeline. Crossing the shield tunnel with small angle, the amount of change in stress and corner would be small, and has less impact on the pipeline. The results of this paper had certain reference significance for the design and construction of the relevant engineering.

Title: Effects of different expansive agent and storage period on compressive properties of ready-mixed shrinkage-compensating concrete
Authors: MA Qinyong, LIU Jie
PP: 1447-1453
Abstract: To deal with the concrete problems in underground engineering, such as inaccuracy mix proportion, large dust concentration, poor impermeability and anti-cracking performance, ready-mixed shrinkage-compensating concrete is proposed. The compressive strength tests of concrete specimens with five expansive agent dosages are conducted. Dry-mixed materials in four aggregate moisture contents have been stored for 3, 7, 10, 15, 20, 30 d before concrete specimen preparation. The results of compression test show that the compressive strength of ready-mixed shrinkage-compensating concrete first increases and then decreases with expansive agent dosage increasing. And excellent compressive strength presents at expansive agent dosage of 6%. Moreover, long storage period leads to low compressive strength of ready-mixed shrinkage-compensating concrete and great concrete deterioration. According to the relationship between compressive strength and storage period and the relationship between compressive strength loss rate and storage period, the mechanical properties of ready-mixed shrinkage-compensating concrete are better than ordinary concrete. If the compressive strength loss rate is within 5%, the reasonable storage period for dry-mixed materials with sand moisture content of 0.5% is 15 d, while the reasonable storage period with sand moisture content of 1.0% is only 7 d.

Authors: LIU Mingwei
PP: 1442-1446
Abstract: As the by-products of wastewater treatment, the output of sewage sludge increases greatly with the large scale growth of wastewater treatment. Sludge disposal has been one of the most serious environmental concerns, and it tends to cause secondary pollution if mishandled. In this paper, the effect of sintering temperature on the properties of raw materials and the physical properties of lightweight aggregates were studied. The results show that when sintering temperature is higher than 950℃, the crystal can reach the steady state. When sintering temperature reaches 1 100℃, lightweight aggregates with desired physicochemical properties can be attained.

PP: 1436-1441
Abstract: With the fast development of China’s urbanization, impervious surface area are commonly found in urban area, rainfall runoff carries pollutants such as nitrogen and phosphorus directly into water bodies, and brings the eutrophication of water body. In this research, two types of adsorbents sponge iron and activated alumina are selected to remove phosphorus in rainwater runoff, adsorption efficiency, adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics of phosphorus in simulated runoff and the effect of anions on the adsorption are investigated. Experimental results show that: sponge iron phosphate adsorption is better than activated alumina; the adsorption process can well be fitted by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model, and the saturated adsorption amount of sponge iron is about 2.42 mg/g. Sponge iron can be used as a recommended phosphorus adsorbent in rainfall runoff treatment.

Title: Bolts loosening monitoring system based on RFID sensing technology
Authors: CUI Xingmei, WU Jian
PP: 1415-1420
Abstract: As bolt loosening of the cage guide structure in the coal mine is easy to cause accident, we proposed a method to detect bolts loosening of guide structure based on radio frequency identification (RFID). The bolt gearing mechanism is designed to monitor bolt loosening by gears’ rotation caused by bolt looseness. When bolt is fastened, tag is covered by metal film completely and signal cannot be received by reader. When tag is loosed, it would rotate with rotation of big gear. As a result, the tag cannot be completely covered by metal film. The RFID tag transmits data over the air in response to interrogation by a RFID reader, then the loose location is found. The experiment device is set up and serial experiments are carried out. The experiment results show that the received energy of the tag has good correlation with the bolt tightness. This method has good potential application for the monitoring of bolt loosening.

PP: 1408-1414
Abstract: Based on the theory of vehicle dynamics, the excitation of ground and the force situation of heavy-duty vehicles and related parts were discussed under operation. The theoretical relationship among them was built. Meanwhile, we built the heavy-duty vehicle running test platform which is a full vehicle model in the environment of simulation software Adams on the basis of relevant theories. The simulation of vehicle under different roads and working situation can be done on this platform. So that, we can get the boundary conditions of vehicle parts under different running conditions. In this paper, as an example of practice, we got the boundary conditions of balanced shaft which is close to real under specific working environment by simulating in full vehicle.

PP: 1402-1407
Abstract: Compressor is the main vibration and noise source of the car air conditioning system, which directly affects the vehicle interior noise, vibration, harshness (NVH) indexes. In order to research and discuss the problem that a certain type of vehicle air condition compressor with wobble-plate fixed displacement noise is too high, we adopted experiment of gathering the noise and vibration data in a semi-anechoic room. Through the dynamics analysis of compressor internal institutions and spectrum analysis of noise and vibration signal, we found that the unusual vibration was caused by the manufacturing defect of Gleason Arc gear. Through the experiment, we verified that the gear with manufacturing defect is the main problem causing compressor’s noise and vibration. The gear whose accuracy cannot meet the requirement will cause gear damage which will affect gear meshing stationarity of operation, thus affect the vibration and noise of the piston. And the noise will increase with the elevation of rotational speed.

Authors: LI Wenwen, LI Min, ZOU Xuan
PP: 1395-1401
Abstract: We introduced a method that used mean motion data from TLEs to derive averaged thermosphere density and the ballistic coefficient B of low earth objects (LEOs). Some practical issues on two line elements (TLE) data processing were also discussed. By using HWM93 model and NRLMSISE00 model as the background atmosphere density model, 19 LEOs with their orbital altitude within 800 km were selected for this study and their historical TLE data from 1980 to 2012 were processed. By comparison with the B values of 16 objects from Bowman (2002), experiment shows that by using the method described in this paper, the maximum relative error of B is about 10%. For most objects, the error of B is within ±5%, and the overall mean error is about -0.4%.
