Based on the earlier theories, this paper proposed several assumptions, Methods such as questionnaire investigation, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Structure Equation Model(SEM), Moderate Multiple Regression analysis (MMR) were applied in the paper to discuss the influence factor, relationship between performance and flexibility, whether environmental turbulence has a moderating effect on the relationship also has been discussed.
