Objective To observe the effect of the Chinese medicine naomaiyihao capsule which can regulate the blood ocean in brain and Bone Marrow Mesenchyrmal Stem Cells(BMSCs) transplantation in the treatment of cerebral ischemia adult rats moda1.Methods:Preparation of rat brain ischemia reperfusion injury were randomly divided into sham group, model group, BMSCs transplantation group, naomaiyihao group and combined treatment group to observe the rats symptoms of neurological damage and brain cells change shape Results neurological damage and brain tissue were significantly alleviated in combined treatment group than those in other groups. Conclusion naomaiyihao could ease the neurological injury of Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury rats through the promotion of BMSCs to the differentiation of neurons, played a role in nerve protection.
