This article provides a experimental verification of cover times distribution theory. In real systems, due to the boundary conditions, driving mode and the granular mixtures, the particle's diffusions are usually different from several classic random walks. In this article we investigate two types of granular diffusion: the Brownian motion and the unusual diffusion. We found that the particle's cover time distribution will be affected by boundary effects, and we develop a boundary cutting method to remove that impact. It is observed that the full cover times distribution of super-diffusion and Brownian motion are suitable for the theoretical result in the long-time covering process, but in the short-time covering process, there is a deviation. We think this deviation is due to the long-time approximation.
