Matroids play an important role in applied mathematics, and are precisely the structures for which the very simple and efficient greedy algorithm works. In this paper, an $M$-fuzzy family of fuzzy bases, an $([0,1],M)$-fuzzy rank function and an $([0,1],M)$-fuzzy$\alpha$-nullity are defined for closed and perfect $([0,1],M)$-fuzzy matroids. They can be used to characterize closed and perfect $([0,1],M)$-fuzzy matroids.
