Citation: L. K. Pan,Sun Changqing,L. K. Pan.Elucidating Si–Si Dimmer Vibration from the Size-Dependent Raman Shift of Nanosolid Si [OL]. [26 April 2006] http://en.paper.edu.cn/en_releasepaper/content/6398
A combination of the recently developed BOLS correlation [Sun, Phys. Rev B 72m 134301 (2005)] and the new freedom of size has allowed us to elucidate information about the vibration frequency of an isolated Si-SI dimer by match prediction to the measured size dependence of Raman Optical red shift of Si.
