Title: Single-machine scheduling optimization algorithm with periodic maintenance
Authors: WU Yujie, XIE Yong
PP: 1179-1188
Abstract: In order to solve the interation problem between the production scheduling and equipment maintenance, an integrated optimization model was proposed. A two-stage heuristic algorithm (TSHA) was proposed to find an optimal schedule. In the first stage, an initial solution was obtained with the optimal batch ordering rule. In the second stage, through making full use of the batch relaxation time, under the premise of not increasing the maximum tardiness, the reach maximum tardiness workpiece or the starting time of the maximum tardiness workpiece was made in advance to improve the batch scheduling sequence. The performance of the TSHA was evaluated by comparing the solutions with those obtained from CPLEX and an existing heuristic algorithm. The experimental results show that the TSHA can solve the single-machine scheduling problem effectively subject to periodic maintenance.

Authors: SHI Chunyu, LI Tianze, TONG Qifeng
PP: 1163-1167
Abstract: In order to improve the use efficiency of solar photovoltaic power generation, we study a sun tracking method based on two-dimensional pillow position sensitive detector (PSD) by the analysis of the features of two-dimensional pillow PSD. Two-dimensional pillow PSD outputs the incident light spot location information, then amplifies the transformation, and sends the data to MCU by using a serial port. MCU receives the sun altitude angle and azimuth data, then converts it in to a control signal to drive the stepper motor rotate, which can adjust the position of the photovoltaic panels to achieve sun position tracking. Through Matlab software simulation, the electricity of two-dimensional pillow PSD sun automatic tracking system improves twice than fixed system at least.

PP: 1157-1162
Abstract: Digital down converter (DDC) is used in near field security receiver with important sense. The coordinated rotation digital computer (CORDIC) algorithm is the most important way to implement DDC module. This paper builds a full pipeline DDC module on the base of CORDIC algorithm with System Generator of Xilinx company. Comparing with look-up-table (LUT) of the traditional numberically controlled oscillator (NCO) method, this method not only saves more storage resources, but realizes NCO and mixing function, which reduces the cost of hardware implementation and achieves higher computational speed. At the same time, relatively new DSP tools are used which achieve the rapid design and verification of the module.

PP: 1151-1156
Abstract: This paper introduces a new high frequency signal source based on GPS taming clock. Adopting the high-stability frequency signal of GPS taming clock as the reference benchmark, the standard 10 MHz signal is multiplied to 1 GHz with 5×5 harmonic frequency multiplication and 2×2 multiplier frequency multiplication. The 1 GHz signal is sent to AD9910 as the reference clock. And the frequency control of MCU to AD9910 is adopted. As a result, a highly stable and controllable high-frequency signal source system of 50-200 MHz is realized. The test results are satisfactory.

Authors: WANG Anqi, LI Ming
PP: 1145-1150
Abstract: In order to improve service efficiency of the network communication system, the relationship between time delay of fractal traffic when passing through network servers and tighten coefficients is analyzed. The variation of scale factors with tighten coefficients is also studied. Upper bound of delay is introduced with the tool of network calculus. Contribution presented is that some cases are simulated to compute time delay. It shows that with the decrease of tighten coefficients, time delay becomes smaller and scale factors become larger, which reveal that fractal traffic can reduce time delay and improve communication efficiency.

Authors: TAO Yang, LI Jiacheng, LIU Huafeng
PP: 1133-1144
Abstract: To improve the performance of concurrent multipath transmission (CMT) in heterogeneous network, this paper analyzed the relevant factors which cause the packet reordering phenomena and put forward a transmission delay prediction based on Kalman filter (TDP-KF) algorithm. The algorithm firstly gives the effective evaluation scheme of the path transmission delay. When predicting the time of the data chunk arrives at the receiver by TDP-KF algorithm, the waiting delay of the data chunk at the sender improves the accuracy of the prediction, achieves the accurate scheduling of the sender and effectively reduces the receiver data out of order, meanwhile improves the overall throughput of the network performance. The TDP-KF algorithm is proved to be correct and effective by the simulation results.

PP: 1125-1132
Abstract: Due to the characteristics of high energy band, high radiation ability and high optical responsivity of GaN, GaN-based avalanche photodiodes (APDs) develop rapidly in the recent years. This paper introduces the development of GaN-based APDs that reviewed, then introduces the structure and model of separate absorption and multiplication (SAM) APDs which develop rapidly, and investigates the polarized methods that change materials parameters (GaN and AlGaN) to improve the method which increase the gain and the breakdown voltage of SAM GaN-based APDs. This paper also studies the relationship between the thickness and doping concentration of the n-type layer, charge layer and multiplication layer with the photoelectric properties of the device. It is found that when the thickness of multiplication layer is 100-150 nm, the thicknesses of n-type layer and charge layer are 50 nm respectively, and the doping concentration of this layer is 3×1019 cm-3, with the optimal performance of the device. Finally it reports the temperature characteristics of SAM GaN-based APDs.

Title: Multi-label learning algorithm based on hybrid strategy and its application
Authors: LEI Shaozheng
PP: 1117-1124
Abstract: In this paper, a multi-label learning algorithm based on hybrid strategy (HSML) is proposed, combined with algorithm adaptation and problem switching strategy. Its basic thought is k-nearest neighbor (kNN) principle and k-labelsets (kEL) principle. The multi-label learning framework firstly overlaps the division of marker sets, and reduces the scale of predictive markers in HSML, then proposes a sub-label set sorting algorithm based on the classification accuracy, and selects some sub-label sets and performs feature extraction in each sub-label set. On this basis, an ML-kNN (multi-label learning based on k-nearest neighbor) algorithm is used to classify each sub-label set. Finally, the whole label set is classified according to the results of all the base classifiers. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm is superior to the ML-kNN and RAkEL (random k-label sets) algorithms for the data sets of Parkinson’s drug recommendation related to the local marker set.

PP: 1106-1116
Abstract: Instead of explicitly creating new predicates, the soft predicate invention (PI) implicitly groups the closely-related rules by using regularized sparsity to regularize their parameters together. This paper presents an improved method of soft PI based on elastic net, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of error cascades. Results show that it can effectively improve the performance of PI, especially in large-scale learning tasks.
