The effect of filler concentration on the piezoresistivity of carbon black filled silicone rubber composite, used as the sensing element of a flexible force sensor, is reported. The experimental results show that the piezoresistivity of a carbon black filled silicone rubber composite with low conductive phase mass fraction is monotonically increasing. The piezoresistivity of the composite with moderate conductive phase mass fraction is decreasing first, and then increasing. The piezoresistivity of the composite with high conductive phase mass fraction is monotonically decreasing.
