Abstract:In this paper, we introduce a general composite implicit schemefor finding a common solution of a system of variational inequalities (SVI) anda generalized mixed equilibrium problem with the constraint of the hierarchicalfixed point problem (HFPP) for a strictly pseudocontractive mapping in a realHilbert space. The strong convergence theorem for such an implicit scheme isestablished under some suitable assumptions. The result is the extension andimprovement of some corresponding ones in the literature.

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to study the existence of strong solutions for the generalizedvector equilibrium problem (for short, GVEP) with a variable ordering relation in reflexive Banachspaces. The existence theorem of strong solutions of the GVEP for monotone multifunction isestablished by virtue of the KKM-Fan theorem. The result is the extension and improvement ofsome corresponding ones in the literature.

Abstract: In this paper, we employ the image space analysis method to investigate vector quasi-equilibrium problems (for short, VQEP) with constrains. By using two weak separation functions and strong separation functions, we obtain some optimality conditions for weakly efficient solution and globally efficient solution to VQEP with constraints in the sense of image space analysis.

Abstract:US-eigenpairs of complex symmetric tensor has received much attention because of its background of quantum entanglement. The problem of finding US-eigenpairs can be regard as an unconstraint nonlinear optimization problem in complex number field. Optimization methods of this kind of problem often need a first- or second-order derivative of the objective function. However, such methods cannot be applied to real valued functions of complex variables because they are not necessarily analytic in their argument. In this paper, we present a quasi-Newton method for computing US-eigenpairs of a complex symmetric tensor, where we take advantage of Wirtinger Calculus to get the gradient of a real valued function defined on complex domain. The global and super-linear convergence of the method is verified. The numerical examples show the feasibility of the proposed method.

Abstract:In this paper, we first present a new generalization concept of epiderivative for a set-valued mapping called envelope epiderivative. Subsequently, we study some of its properties. As an application, an unified necessary and sufficient optimality conditions for a set-valued optimization problem is derived in terms of the envelope epiderivative.

Abstract:Atanassov introduced intuitionistic fuzzy set (A-IFS), whose basic elements are intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (IFNs). The IFN is an ordered pair, which is described by a membership degree, a non-membership degree, based on which the intuitionistic fuzzy calculus (IFC) has been put forward recently. To further develop the theory of IFCs, in this paper, we first review the basic concepts and properties, then we present the mean value inequalities which are similar to the ones in the classical calculus and offer the proofs in detail, finally, we simplify integrand function under intuitionistic fuzzy environment.

Abstract:In this paper in order to exterminate Ebola virus epidemic in West Africa, we establish four models. In model 1, we collect the number of total cases and deaths of Ebola in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone from WHO's website. There is no vaccine or medication which can protect people from the disease in this period, so in order to describe the spread of Ebola virus accurately, we build improved SI epidemic model to estimate how many cases of Ebola will exist in these countries when the epidemic has been controlled. In model 2, the medication is widely used to fight against Ebola, and we take patients in the incubation period into consideration. So we build improved SEIR epidemic model to estimate how many people will be cured and the quantity of the medicine needed. We use the iterative method to obtain the numerical solution for its nonlinearity. For example, we estimate that 11271 people in Guinea will suffer from the disease, 6071 of them will be cured. It means those 11271 people need medicine (it can be equivalent to 8904 adults). In model 3, we build a PSO optimization model. At first we find there are 10 Ebola treatment centers (ETC) in Guinea and get the coordinates of them from Global Ebola Response Monitoring and Mapping System. Then we investigate the traffic conditions and epidemic situation around them. Finally we use PSO algorithm based on the goal to minimize the time to determine the optimal location of the delivery center. Its coordinate is (-10.599,9.043). In model 4, we develop a mixed model by combining the previous three models. We build a complete system in the axle of time to estimate speed of manufacturing of the medicine, which we can use to forecast, estimate and delivery. For instance, we estimate that we need 356 days to control the epidemic via using improved SI epidemic model. Then we do a sensitivity analysis and find that the model is sensitive to recovery rate, but it isn't sensitive to morbidity.

Abstract:In this paper, we intend to study VectorEquilibrium problems. Without any scalarization approach, the gapfunctions and their regularized versions for vector equilibriumproblems are obtained. Under mild conditions, we develop an errorbounds for vector equilibrium problems with strongly monotone data. As an application, we also get the gap functions and error bounds for the vector variational inequalities.

Abstract:In this paper, we propose a unify Newton-like method and its variant for vector-valued optimization in the context of Euclidean spaces, with respect to the partial orders induced by a pointed, closed and convex cone with a nonempty interior. Under suitable hypotheses, both partial and full convergence results are established.

Abstract:In Hilbert spaces, the minimal time function of the differential inclusion isconsidered. For both the initial data belonging tothe target set and outside of the target set, the proximal subdifferential and the Fr'echetsubdifferential properties of the minimal time function are derived and the subdifferentials are represented by the normal cones of the target set andthe Hamilton function in the level or sublevel sense.
