Abstract:The outdoor wind analysis simulation software Flow design calculation method is used to simulate and analyze the outdoor wind environment of the chemical plant. The evaluation of outdoor flow field distribution is based on the building plan and the general plan of the building. Using the turbulence model, the number of calculation grids is 300. Combined with the meteorological parameters and relevant statistical data of the project location, the northeast wind is dominant in winter, with an average wind speed of 2.8m/s; the southeast wind is dominant in summer, with an average wind speed of 3.8m/s. Two working conditions are used to simulate the outdoor wind environment of the project building. The building layout of the factory area is conducive to the organization of indoor natural ventilation. As long as the open area of the external windows of the factory building meets the requirements, the factory building can achieve good indoor ventilation effects.

Abstract:In this paper, the research concerns the countryside in the megalopolis referring to the rural areas around big cities, which are facing the dramatically changes from outside and inside. New multiple-development strategies are necessary and urgent for these areas. The MAT (multifunctional agriculture triangle) process is proposed based on the analysis of background and main contents of multifunctional agriculture. It is an areal (regional and local) development strategic approach and a complete logic system which can be explained as the sum of management, branding and spatial setting in the governance of a multifunctional agriculture strategy. The application of the multifunctional agriculture strategy in the China's new countryside construction will be illuminated according to the MAT process. Some guidelines which combine the MAT process with China's new countryside construction planning are proposed to guide multiple-development of China's countryside in the megalopolis.?????

Abstract:The Belt and Road initiative emerges as the new Chinese Government strategy of cooperation with neighboring countries. It will revitalize the existing Silk Road and build the Maritime Silk Road, which connecting South East Asia through the Indian Ocean heading to the Middle East and North Africa. It has the similarities with Indonesia Maritime Toll program. Indonesia involved in Maritime Silk Road has many opportunities offer to the foreign country come, invest, and participate in their economic development improvement. However, Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board state that Chinese Investment realization in Indonesia recorded no more than 10% in 2014. Therefore, this paper aims to elaborate the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative, by doing SWOT analysis of the China-Indonesia relation and investment condition, and analyze the impact of the realization of the development of Indonesian infrastructure descriptively. The output will be the discussion of the realization of the belt and road initiative whether bring positive impact to Indonesia's infrastructure development.

Abstract:Currently urban planning teaching have some Phenomenon, including differentiation of knowledge structure system, closed of knowledge transfer process, institutional barriers of innovation evaluation, and so on. The principal contraction lie in defection of basic scientific question. According to basic facts of national urban and rural construction and human settlement theory, it is necessary for urban planning study to construct the scientific issue of the settlement process. Teaching reform will achieved from three aspects, including the curriculum module system extension, knowledge transfer process optimization and teaching evaluation system perfection.

Abstract:In this paper, taking Henan Province in Central China as a case, this context represents the driven developing pattern of county spatial economy and its corresponding spatial strategies for urbanization. Firstly, detailed analysis, based on Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) with statistical data of the GDPPC and the urban population data by county level in Henan Province, reveals the Spatial-temporal disequilibrium pattern as well as the association between county economic spatial patterns and its spatial distribution of population. For the former, according to global analysis of Arcgis and GeoDA095i, county economic space presents the trend of climbing up and then declining as a whole. Besides, the difference between counties is remarkable. The LISA figures presents the difference of developed and underdeveloped districts. For the latter, big cities increasingly aggregate in Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration, which comes to a high GDPPC, while most medium and small cities are distributed in southeast of Henan where most of them are supported by agriculture with a dense population. Accordingly, several spatial strategies for the development of different spatial layers which including province, urban agglomeration, cities, and counties are put forwardwhich essentially belong to the implementation strategies of urbanization and the examination of Henan province will make contributions to a future significance for the spatial development of Central China.

Show/Hide Abstract | Cite this paper︱Full-text: PDF (0 B)
Abstract:The experimental description of full-scale two-way concrete slabs with clamped edges under furnace environment is presented in this paper. The details of clamped support conditions, arrangements of reinforcement, positions of displacement transducers and thermocouple trees are described. The experimental results including temperature distribution, central vertical deflection and the edge horizontal deflection of the concrete slabs are given. A segment equilibrium method to calculate the limit load-carrying capacity of concrete slabs in fire conditions is presented. The model considers the tensile membrane action contributing to the vertical component of reinforcement tensile forces after the formation of mechanism of plastic hinge line. Comparison between the developed model and test results shows good correlation.

Abstract:In this paper, based on an island platform of a double-subway station, FDS was used to simulate the fire scenario of luggage fire close to the stair in the middle of platform, with different ventilated exhaust mode. Temperature and smoke concentration were analyzed, and results were compared. The results showed that without mechanical smoke exhaust, smoke drop to 2m above the floor ground at about 600s and any stairs is unavailable, while each stair is available for evacuation when smoke exhaust is on; the validity of platform smoke exhaust is critical to the control of fire development and evacuation safety when 1.5MW luggage fire is on in the middle of platform, while train area exhaust and concourse make-up air have little effect on smoke control under this circumstance.

Abstract:One building that is completed in 2006 in Weizhou Town (Wenchuan county), which is a typical local reinforcement concrete (RC) frame, is studied to review the safety levels of local RC frame building. The adopted assessment levels of earthquake ground motion is according to the earthquake fortification intensity in 2010 Chinese Code for Seismic Design of Buildings (CCSDB). By using nonlinear finite element method, probabilistic seismic demand model (PSDM) for the RC frame structures was built to assess the safety levels of the actual RC frames representative of design and construction practices in in Weizhou Town. The fragility curves for immediate occupancy, significant damage, and collapse prevention damage levels of the RC frame building are analyzed. Then the seismic fragility assessment of the RC frame is demonstrated on RC frames. The result reveals the safety levels of RC frame building in in Weizhou Town before the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake Mw7.9.

Abstract:On the basis of the principles of finite element method and infinite element method, the 3-dimensional finite element and infinite element coupling model is established to solve the dynamic responses of semi-infinite soil. In the method, the finite element model with eight-node hexahedron solid element is adopted in the nearer field, and while in the farther field three types of infinite elements are applied, including 3-dimensional monodirectional, bidirectional, and three-way mapping infinite element, in which different infinite element is coupled with finite element on different position of interface. In addition, shape functions of infinite elements are derived by means of their mapping functions. Moreover, the effectiveness of this method is validated by comparing calculated results and analytical solution under static loading. Finally, the dynamic responses of semi-infinite soil under moving constant load and moving harmonic load are caculated and it is found that acceleration increases with the increase of moving speed and loading frequency of load.
