Abstract:In this study, copper extraction from copper oxide ore using phosphoric acid solution as leaching agent was investigated, wherein the effects of the main factor temperature on the leaching of the copper oxide ore was researched, together with the leaching kinetics. It was experimentally demonstrated that the copper leaching rate increased with the increasing reaction temperature. Moreover, the leaching process can be described by the shrinking core model for surface chemical reaction. The activation energy of the leaching process was determined to be 30.65kJ/mol..

Abstract:The copper oxide ore is high oxidation ratio and the high combination ratio with a low grade of Cu 0.71%. Copper concentrate of Cu 15.02% with a recovery of 38.55% was obtained by flotation. The optimum acid leaching conditions were investigated. Effects of lixiviant concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio, leaching time were investigated. The acid leaching efficiency was 78.75% relative to flotation tailings.

Abstract:This paper presents a mathematical study of particle flow on a banana screen deck using the discrete element method (DEM). The motion characteristics and penetrating mechanisms of particles on the screen deck are studied. Effects of geometric parameters of screen deck on banana screening process are investigated. The results show that when the values of inclination of discharge and increment of screen deck inclination are 10 and 5 respectively, the banana screening process get a good screening performance in the simulation. The relationship between screen deck length and screening efficiency is further confirmed. The conclusion that the screening efficiency will not significantly increase when the deck length L≥430mm(L/B≥3.5)is obtained, which can provide theoretical basis for the optimization of banana screen.

Abstract:The paper mainly adopts two magnetic separation to separat, through comparation of desulphurization rate. And compare the desulphurization effect between filter magnetic and poles of opposite sign magnetic. The result is that their desulphurization rate are basically same, and the requst sulphur of poles of opposite sign is slightly lower than former. It also shows that desulphurization effect of poles of opposite sign magnetic is better than filter magnetic.

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces the principle and the importance of the desulfurization technology of magnetic separation. And through experiments,we know that with the increase of semi-coke temperature, desulfurization efficiency begins to increase and then decrease. The best pyrolysis temperature of coal is 550℃, whose desulfurization rate is 73.06%. It indicates that magnetic desulfurization after low temperature treatment can remove sulfur in coal.
