Abstract:Over the last decade, post-graduate education in Australia has been on the wheel of change. There has been a major increase in the numbers of students undertaking post-graduate degrees in Australian universities. Simultaneously, doctoral education has been affected by the wheel of change which causes diversification. Traditional PhD is regarded as the ivory tower for the academics. Therefore, there is a genuine need of diversifying Professional Doctorates for professional practitioners. Professional Doctorates are so curricular that they suit the needs of professional practitioners in corporate development. They do not only meet the increased demands for the professional practitioners’ accountability in the business and industry. They also synchronize the communal drive to pursue economic growth in parallel with corporate developments. | |||
