Abstract:The investigation of safety hazards is essential role in metro construction. However, due to many regulations and participants\' opinions needing to be considered, current safety hazards identified against the rules often need help with challenges such as being time-consuming, poor authority, poor traceability, or lack of real-time information. This study develops a novel blockchain-based safety hazard regulations storage system(SHRSS) and safety hazard monitoring system(SHMS) for metro construction to address these issues, expanding the use of blockchain in metro construction. The SHRSS constructs a safety hazard regulations database, standardized regulations, and stores in blocks. The SHMS builds a safety hazard information-sharing management blockchain, allowing each monitoring party to participate in risk monitoring. The paper draws discussions and summarizes the primary scientific contribution. | |||

Abstract:In this paper, track quality index(TQI), as a comprehensive evaluation of track status, provides an important basis for the conservation and maintenance of railway tracks. Currently implemented TQI is obtained by the dispersion degree of seven main track state parameters. When most track state parameters are excellent, while individual larger deviations appears, track quality index can not accurately reflect the security risks of the track. A set of new correction factors are introduced into the track quality index algorithm. In the situations mentioned, corrected TQI can detects the quality of the track defects. At the same time, the results in other cases are similar to the original algorithm, which means the original classification standard still works. | |||

Abstract:In this paper, the three-dimensional bin packing optimization for freight transshipment in multimodal transportation is considered. The problem is to load a set of different size regular goods with given quantities in containers at the container transfer station, and the objective is to minimize the number of containers needed. The authors set up the mathematic model considering the general characteristic of container multi-modal transportation, such as the constraints of load capacity, loading mass, direction and sequence of placement, and loading stability. At the same time, the authors also introduce the parameter of freight transportation time window, which is decided by freight train formation plan and transit deadline of goods. The authors put out an immune algorithm for the problem to enforce constringency. In this algorithm, effective antibody coding is designed in view of constraints of load capacity, loading mass, direction and sequence of placement, and affinity function is designed in view of constraints of loading stability and freight transportation time window. Computer simulation shows the efficiency and validity of the model and algorithm. | |||

Abstract:This paper studies the loading problem of piece goods in container basis of loading time window. From the view of making the best of container, the author introduces loading time window, which considering the plan of train organizing into groups and deadline of freight transportation, and establishes optimizing mathematics model based on certain hypothesis and restriction. Genetic algorithm is constructed to get reasonable loading scheme, and instance calculation indicates that the model and algorithms is effective and feasible. | |||
