Abstract:This paper aims at the results of questionnaires on the writing and information quality of international student. By analyzing the China\'s database, such as the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and the English database, such as Institute for Scientific Information (ISI), a search and summary solution based on automatic translation software and mutual help between Chinese and international student was proposed. And the academic practice of Chinese and international student of the IRAFSTECH team at Harbin Engineering University was presented as an example. As a result, the problems of language barriers and cultural barriers were solved in the process of cultivating review writing and information literacy thinking. | |||

Abstract:The emergence of mobile and ubiquitous technologies have completely reshaped the area of education in recent years. Mobile devices can be used to promote learning anywhere and anytime, to foster lifelong learning and knowledge sharing, or to promote building a learning society. This paper is to describe the basic elements of ubiquitous learning based on the developing technology and to design an effective ubiquitous learning mode which can utilize the technology of ubiquitous computing and information and communication to make a productive learning process. Then a typical ubiquitous learning mode is given. The paper might be useful for anyone interested in designing, preparing and implementing a ubiquitous learning system. | |||

Abstract:The studying objective is E-learning for higher education based on the Internet. Firstly, compared with traditional education, development advantages of E-Learning in higher education based on Internet are presented from different angles. Then using various application systems and network techniques, technical solutions of E-Learning are proposed combined with specific cases, including system architect, system composition, and system environment for software and hardware. Through the studying, it is concluded that E-learning for higher education based on the Internet has obvious development advantages and operable solutions. The prospect of E-learning is promising and it will become the main learning method for higher education in the near future. | |||

It points out there are some factors that decided the success of building of the learning society in china. These factors are technology, education, culture, economic, policy and individuals. When analyzing these factors, we can see that it is belonging to the characteristic of the china, which may coherence with the modern western theories or even heurist our thinks. But some of them are controversy to the theories of life long learning and learning society. How to solve these problems may be a great challenge to all of the Chinese. | |||
