Abstract:Using the Seiberg-Witten Map. We obtain a quantum electrodynamics on nonocommutative space, which has arbitrary charge and the gauge invariant is also kept at the leading order of theta. The one-loop divergence and Compton Scattering are reinvestigated. The noncommutative effect is much more remarkable then the ordinary nonocommutative quantum electrodynamics

Abstract:The thermostatistic properties of a q-generalized Fermi system trapped in a generic power-law potential are studied, based on the generalized statistic distribution derived from Tsallis’ entropy. The total number of particles, total energy, and heat capacity at constant volume of the system are derived. The thermostatistic characteristics of the system are discussed in detail. It is found that the thermostatistic properties of such a system depend closely on the parameter q, dimensional number of the space, kinetic characteristics of particles and shapes of the external potential, and the external potential has a great influence on the thermostatistic properties of the system. Moreover, it is shown that the results obtained here are very general and can be used to describe the nonextensive and extensive thermostatistic properties of a class of Fermi systems trapped in different external potentials in a unified way so that the important conclusions of many typical Fermi systems in literature may be directly derived from the present paper.

Abstract:Describing the weakly nonlinear dynamics of long waves embedded in marginally stable shear flows that vary in the streamwise direction, a variable-coefficient Boussinesq equation is investigated in this paper. With symbolic computation, such a model is transformed into its constant-coefficient counterpart under certain constraints on the coefficient functions. By virtue of the obtained transformation, some integrable properties for this equation are derived, such as the auto-Bäcklund transformation, nonlinear superposition formula, Lax pair and Darboux transformation. In addition, some soliton-like solutions are obtained from the integrable properties and the relevant physical applications are also pointed out.

Abstract:Based on a serious analysis of the Frobenius integrability condition for affine differential constraints that mechanical systems are subject to, the necessary and sufficient conditions for coincidence of three kinds of unfree variations, the existence of simple symplectic structure of the constraint sub-manifold and equivalence of nonholonomic and vakono- mic dynamics for the constrained systems are respect- iveely obtained, which are all related with partial Frobenius integrability condition in their special forms. Two illustrative examples are presented to verify theresults.

Abstract:The effect of S1=1 regularly dilution in S2=1/2 isotropic antiferromagnetic chain is investigated by a quantum Monte Carlo simulation. Our numerical results show that two kinds of ground-state phases alternate with a variation of the S1=1 concentration. When the effective spin in one unit cell is half-integer the ground state is ferrimagnetic with gapless energy spectrum and the magnetism decreases with decreasing of spin S1 concentration,P=1/K. While the effective spin is integer, a non-magnetic ground state with a gapped spectrum is emerged, and the gap decays gradually in a tendency fitted as {1.25*(P)^0.5}.
