Abstract:Compressed sensing is put forward in recent years as a new type of signal transmission theory framework.~Compressed sensing theorymainly includes three aspects:~the sparse representation of signal,~encoding measuring and reconstruction algorithm.~Sparse representation of signal is a priori condition of compressed sensing.~In the measurement of coding,~In order to keep the original structure of the signal,~projection matrix must satisfy restricted isometry conditions,~and then obtain linear projection measurement of the original signal through the product of original signal and measure matrix.~Finally,~reconstruct the original signal by the measured value and the projection matrix using the reconstruction algorithm.~In this paper, a new bound on the restricted isometry conditions for sparse signals recovery is established. For the recovery of high-dimensional sparse signals, this paper considers constraint $ell_1$ minimization methods in the noiseless. It is shown that if the sensing matrix $A$ satisfies the corresponding $RIP$ condition, then all $k$-$sparse$ signals $eta$ can be recovered exactly via the constrained $ell_{1}$ minimization based on $y=Aeta$, which has improved the bound that was established by T. Cai and A. Zhang (IEEE Trans. Inf. Theory, 2014).

Abstract:In this article, a block-centered finite difference scheme is introduced and analyzed to solve the parabolic integro-differential equation arising in modeling non-Fickian flow in porous media. The scheme is Euler backward scheme with first order accuracy in time increment. Second-order error estimates in spacial meshsize both for pressure and velocity in discrete $L^2$ norms are established on non-uniform rectangular grid. Numerical experiments using the scheme show that the convergence rates are in agreement with the theoretical analysis.

Abstract: In this paper, we are concerned a class of degenerate elliptic problem which is relatedto the Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg inequalities. We first prove a global compactness result and thenobtain sign-changing solutions for the above problem. Due to the degeneracy of the second order ellipticoperator, some new phenomena appear.

Abstract:In this paper, we give a new existence theorem on Pareto efficient Nash equilibrium for discontinuous N-person noncooperative games in the framework of topological spaces without any linear structures. Moreover, we provide some examples where it is straightforward to verify our conditions and the previous conditions do not apply.

Abstract:In this paper, new finite difference schemes are presented for solving time-harmonic fluid-solid interaction problems in one dimension. By applying the Taylor expansion and the model equation, a new kind of pollution-free difference schemes are derived. These proposed new schemes have a simple structure and are effective for the equation with high wave numbers. Numerical results are presented for models, which clearly illustrate the advantage of the new schemes.

Abstract:Genotyping the population using next generation sequencing data is essentially important for the rare variant detection. In order to distinguish the genomic structural variation from sequencing error, a statistical model is proposed, which involves the genotype effect through a latent variable to depict the distribution of non-reference allele frequency data among different samples and different genome loci, while decomposing the sequencing error into sample effect and positional effect. An ECM algorithm is implemented to estimate the model parameters, and then the genotypes are inferred based on the posterior probabilities. The performances of our proposed method are investigated via simulations and a real data analysis. Comparing to the existing methods, it is shown that our method can make less genotype-call errors.

Abstract:Under many circumstances, most car insurance data appears to be zero-inflated and their risks are nonhomogeneous. These lead to general traditional claim frequency models lost their prediction effect, so they are unsuitable to fit this kind of data. This paper is using the car insurance data for GINB model, ZINB model and C-ZINB model to do empirical research, the results demonstrate that the C-ZINB model can overcome the risk of homogeneity and zero inflation very well. In addition, C-ZINB model has good simulation prediction effect.

Abstract:This paper is devoted to study of travelingwavefronts for a class of reaction-diffusion population model with discretedelay. By Constructing weak upper-lower solution, which are easy to construct in practice, and applying Schauder fixed point theorem, we prove that thereexists a constant $c^*>0$ such that for each $cgeq c^*$, themodel under consideration admits traveling wavefronts solutionwith speed $c.$

Abstract:In this paper, we develop, analyze and test a local discontinuous Galerkin (LDG) finite element method for solvingthe two-dimensional nonlinear Benney equation. By choosing the numerical fluxes carefully we prove energystability and give an error estimate. Finally numerical example fornonlinear problem shows that the scheme attains the optimal$(k+1)$-th order of accuracy for piecewise $Q^k$ polynomials ofdegree $k$.
