Abstract:In bandgap references, the effect caused by the input offset of the operational amplifier can be effectively reduced by the utilization of cascade bipolar junction transistors (BJTs). But in modern CMOS logic processes, due to the base-emitter path of BJTs has a significant streaming effect on the collector current, which leads to a large temperature drift for the reference voltage. To solve this problem, a base-emitter current compensating technique is proposed in a cascade BJT bandgap reference structure to calibrate the curvature of the output voltage to temperature. The experiment results based on 0.18μm CMOS technology show that the temperature coefficient of reference voltage from -20℃ to 130℃ can reach 4.0 ppm/K. The layout area of this voltage reference is 130um×190um.

Abstract:This paper introduced the importance of reducing data transmission delay in wireless sensor network real-time applications. Experimental proof and theoretical deduction showed that reducing nodes hops was the fundamental problems to reduce time delay. The problems of low delay and low energy consumption were solved through the WSN topology control model of reducing the delay which was built by the topology tree of minimum number hops based on Bellman-Ford. In addition, the maintenance of model was studied in order to improve the robustness. Simulation result showed that this design model compared to other agreement algorithm had superiority.

3. The Design of Electric Cup Based on DSP2407 Chip

Show/Hide Abstract | Cite this paper︱Full-text: PDF (0 B)
Abstract:The article designs a homothermal control system----an electric cup based on TMS320LF2407 chip that is manufactured by TI Company. Temperature is one of the main parameters controlled in the electric cup, but it is very difficult to control temperature well because of some characteristics of the temperature itself. For example temperature's inertia is great, its time-lag is serious and it is difficult to establish accurate mathematical model of the object. This paper is to study an adapt control method to control the temperature of the electric cup. For the electric cup, there are many control methods to be selected. The article selects acute and rapid PID arithmetic.
